THE GAMES ROOM is superb and in addition to the full size slate bed pool table has an air hockey table, table football and soft tip electronic darts.   Bar stools and table plus music system ensure this room is loved by everyone THE GREAT ROOM is light, crisp spacious and refreshingly airy.  Flat screen cable TV, DVD player, PS, hi-fi, books and toys are all provided for your entertainment.  Patio doors open out onto the south-facing pool/spa area giving relaxing and refreshing views of the fountain and onwards down the lake. THE DINING AREA is for those special occasions.   Great for formal entertaining and comfortably seats six THE KITCHEN AND BREAKFAST BAR is equipped with a large American style fridge/freezer, ice maker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit.   All cookware, crockery and utensils are supplied.   The kitchen and breakfast bar have everything you woudl expect on a luxury home.   A high chair is also provided for little ones. THE BREAKFAST AREA seats four but the breakfast table does extend.   The breakfast area has tranquil views out over the pool and spa, and the lake. THE MASTER BEDROOM is very spacious with 2 walk in wardrobes and a colour TV/DVD player.   Double doors lead out onto the lanai - open the blinds for a fabulous early morning view over the pool and down the lake, or a simply stunning evening sunset THE ENSUITE BATHROOM  (Master Bedroom) has superb lighting and plenty of mirrors, Jack and Jill sink units, walk-in shower and a brilliant tub bath for that special "soak"!   A seperate toilet completes the facilities.   THE BEDROOMS all have lots of built-in wardrobe space, colour TVs/DVD players and clock radios.   All the bathrooms have showers as well as baths.   Hairdryers are provided.    There is also a bathroom in the lanai area, together with a further poolside shower.  BEDROOM 2 AND BEDROOM 3 form a private family suite with a shared ensuite bathroom and shower.   Bedroom 2 has a queen bed whilst Bedroom 3 has a twin bed arrangement. BEDROOM 4 also has twin beds and a bathroom and shower adjacent.   In addition there is a queen sleeper in the living area.    A travel cot with linen is provided for babies and toddlers. THE POOL AND SPA is south facing with views right down the lake.   On a hot sunny day what could be more inviting or refreshing - don't you just want to get in?  There's no better place to cool off!  Alternatively, sit in the spa/jacuzzi and slowly wind down and enjoy!   A simply wonderful place to spend some quality time. AND FINALLY at the end of a full and exciting day, relax by the pool at night time with lighting that gives a really fabulous touch to an evening around the pool.
